Online training on teen love life

To give members of the school staff the tools to discuss positive romantic and intimate relationships and teen dating violence, the SPARX Program team developed an asynchronous online training.

This 90-minute online training raises awareness among school staff and equips them to answer teenagers’ questions about sexuality and to respond when a teenager confides in them.

Who should complete the training?

All members of the school staff: teachers, school counsellors, administrators, supervisors, etc.

Why participate in this training?

  • To learn more about teenagers’ positive romantic and intimate relationships;
  • To obtain information and tools regarding teen dating violence;
  • To provide a common ground for all school staff on romantic relationships and teen dating violence;
  • To revisit your skills in communicating more intimate topics with students.
